Sherpas Egg Drop Soup. Steaming hot veg soup infused with herbs and chillies, thickened with egg drop and tapioca flour.
Crispy potato Chat. A crispy fried pastry parcel loaded with spiced potatoes. It is smothered with chickpea, sweet yoghurt dressing, tomato tangy and Himalayan mint sauce, and topped with crispy bhujiya (besan vermicelli).

Fried Rice. Rice cooked with greens, carrots, peas, onions, and capsicum. It is seasoned with Nepali spices and served with 8848 House Sauce.
